Google, in this week was named the second best company to work around the world, according to a ranking produced by CNNMoney. The publication also praised the company for its services coaching and career counseling to its employees. The Web giant, which moved up two places compared to the 2011 survey, offers all its employees a program of career coaching, the “CareerGuru”, which puts 43 of the senior leaders of the company to provide sound advice to other employees.
These gurus’re available in 14 Google offices around the world. Another program offered by the company’s the “EngAdvisors”, which allows engineers to discuss their projects with uncertainties and other senior engineers of the company and, since it’s launched in 2009, more than 900 professionals through the program. Google currently has 61 times more job creation around the world than other companies.

In the first place ranking was the software company SAS Business Analytics. According to CNNMoney, the company climbed from position mainly due to the accessibility of its leaders who invite their employees to participate in conversations and even monthly breakfasts coordinated by the CEO, Jim Goodnight.
A data analysis company NetApp won the third place, since conducts regular meetings provide guidance for new employees to senior top management. And Microsoft won fifth place in the ranking due to their efforts to help women who want to work in the technology field to join the market.
